Hi, I'm Shari Fredrickson. I hope you are enjoying this site. It is designed to provide you the information you need to have a successful real estate transaction. This site is for you. If you have any suggestions or comments, please let me know and I will try and incorporate it. Following is some personal information.

I am originally from St. Paul, MN. My husband and I moved to Mankato with our three children in 1988, after living in Iowa for several years. We were already familiar with this community, since we both attended college here. I LOVE MANKATO, and I know it well.

If you have questions about the school system, I can answer them with first hand knowledge. I started volunteering in the classroom and on District 77 committees during the fall of 1988. I have helped with Reading and Math and an Art Masterpiece program for all grade levels K thru 6. I have served on the District's Curriculum Advisory Committee, Policy Review Committee and Calendar Committee. It seemed if I brought up a concern, I was asked to be on that committee.

Volunteering is my passion. I have also served on the Parent Board for "Lancer's", an award winning summer band program open to all high school students in the district. I have volunteered with the American Red Cross, the United Way, St. Peter clean up after the tornado of 1998 and the vaccination clinics during the meningitis outbreak in 1995.

One of my hobbies is running. I am currently organizing a run to benefit research for the cure for diabetes -- Doing the Distance for Diabetes in Mankato on August 4th.
